Frank has over 15 years’ experience in Financial Reporting, Auditing, Risk Management and Agribusiness. Frank was one of the consultants that undertook the in-depth fiduciary review of the World Bank’s $196m Secondary Education Improvement Project (SEIP).
Frank has participated in several Food Quality and Ethical Audits such as Global Gap, Field to Fork, BRC and ETI.
He played very instrumental roles in the areas of Free Zones compliance, export management, financial reporting, community engagements as well as project reporting at Vegpro Ghana Limited, under the Kpong Left Bank Irrigation Project (KLBIP).
Frank holds a Master of Philosophy in Accounting and a First Class Honours in Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accounting option), from the University of Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).

Proficient in the use of high-technology machinery, including drones, for planting, irrigation, spraying, and harvesting.
Experienced in team development, strategic technical protocol implementation, and data-driven control systems for improved agricultural analysis and decision-making.

Victor D. Nartey-Tokoli has over fifteen (15) years of HR practice across diverse industries. This includes Telecommunications, Multimedia and Hospitality.
Victor’s expertise includes talent management, HR audit, budgeting, discipline and compliance, performance management & compensation and reward. As a critical HR Analyst, Victor uses data to make informed decisions to improve staff engagement and productivity at the workplace.
Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in economics & statistics and has professional training in some key HR functions – Contract termination, Discipline Procedures and Employee Engagement. He is a member of CIHRM, Ghana.
