Complete ISO 50001 Training

On May 2, 2024, Goshen and Milost management and staff successfully completed an ISO 50001 training session focused on enhancing their energy management practices. The training was designed to equip management and staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to implement and maintain an effective Energy Management System (EnMS). The training covered key aspects of the ISO 50001 such as establishing an Energy Management System (EnMS), developing energy policies, setting energy performance indicators (EnPIs), and adopting the PDCA cycle for continuous improvement.

Participants learned practical strategies for energy saving and clean energy integration, underscoring Goshen and Milost's commitment to reducing their carbon footprint and promoting sustainability. This training marks a significant milestone in their efforts to achieve greater energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.

Goshen collaborates with GSF
to feed 799 residents

Goshen Porche Ranch collaborated with Grace Station Foundation to donate food items to seven hundred and ninety-nine (799) residents surrounding the Goshen farm at Torgome. The residents received packaged food items including frozen chicken and drinks. Bibles were also handed out to them whilst sharing with them the gospel.

Goshen Porche Ranch Adjudged Agribusiness Company of the Year -2017

In 2017, Goshen Porche Ranch emerged as the agribusiness company of the year at the Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry awards ceremony in Accra. The company uses mechanisation and technology to farm on an 1,870-hectare land in Torgome in the North Tongu District in Volta Region. It aims to become a leading supplier of raw materials to agro-businesses and is currently engaged in the production of maize, soya beans, sorghum, Mango, and Cocoa. It also aims to become a leading commercial farm in West Africa in both crop and cattle production with modern technologies such as centre pivot irrigation, improved seed, and drone technology in surveillance and spraying.
